Paul Cook will be working alongside both Jordan Wigham & Dave Gilmore with the Senior Players focusing on Developing Skills and working with the Colts players in developing them and helping them transitioning into the Senior squad, Jordan Wigham said '' its not often you come across someone with so much passion and desire for the game and the ability to develop players ''

Romford will be working in giving support in trying to make the Rugby Academy the best in the area with a real emphasis on making the academy as Professional as possible
