The Men's seniors, Ravens & Colts took part in a team-building day that started at the Nuclear Races site and finished back at the club.
The group was split into 4 teams which competed against each other over a series of obstacles with plenty of mud & water to add to the fun.
The teams set off into the countryside of Brentwood and put their strength and teamwork to the test. Nicky Worthington said, " It was great to see all of them working together and encouraging each other on the obstacles". After a clean-up up everyone returned to the club to enjoy a BBQ and a few well-deserved drinks.
