O Habberdashers v R&GP 1st XV - 1st Feb '14

001 - Sam Cook (4) propels Matt "the Catch" Catchpole (5) to great heights for a fingertip line out take
002 - Sam Coomber (11) and his opposite number compete for a loose ball
003 - Park's front row of Matthew Worrall-Clare (3), Micky James (2) and Tyler Lawrence (1) get ready for the first scrum.
004 - The sun is shining, the weather is warm, the pitch is good. Let us hope there is gold for Park at the end of the rainbow.
005 - Mark Jackson (7) takes clean ball in the middle off the line out
006 - Matt Phillips (12) and Jake Jones (13) chase a loose pass as the opposition look on
007 - Steve Barfoot (8) and Cooky drive into a maul.
008 - Tom Cameron (9) surveys the OH attackers as they set up an attacking maul
009 - Micky and Matthew snuff out an OH attack,
010 - Steve makes a vital tackle in his own inimitable fashion.
011 - John Davies (10) halts an attack with an ankle grabbing tackle on the OH centre.
012 - Matt the Catch juggles with a line out ball in the bright sunshine.
013 - Charlie Wilkinson (6) and Sam Coomber halt another attack as OH are relentless, but unable to break the Park line.
014 - Matt P and Micky continue the defence, but not before the OH player passes the ball out.
015 - Penalty to OH, but fortunately it slides right of the posts. Score still 0 - 0
016 - Sam Coomber breaks up the middle with no defence in sight.
017 - Unfortunately he is brought back because of an infringement. Bad luck Sam
018 - A desperate flying attempt at a tackle by Ross Inwood (15) as the OH centre stretches Park's defence.
019 - Vytaras Bloskys (14) looks to snuff out the attack.
020 - And, with the help of Ross, slows up the move to allow Park's defence to regroup.
021 - Barfoot takes on an OH 2nd row as he tries to clear Park's line.

023 - Another OH attack, but Vytaras and JD are ready.
024 - The defence continues as Jake hangs on to an OH attacker
025 - Tom and Charlie get ready for anther chase
026 - Vytaras covers his OH opposite number.
027 - Finally JD has ball in hand and can start a counter attack.
028 - Now it is Tyler's turn
029 - Steve tries his hand as JD gives him plenty of room.
030 - Bosh. It takes a prop and No. 8 to slow Steve up.
031 - Micky, that may be classed as diving over the top.
032 - Charlie goes to ground as Matt and Jake follow up.
033 - Monsieur Arturo de Champ., a regular Park supporter at away matches, engages with sub. Fozzy in a quieter moment of the match.
034 - JD juggles with a tricky ball as Park's chairman looks on.
035 - JD offloads to Charlie
036 - JD is now trying to get Park's running game going.
037 - Vytaras comes into mid-field to liven up the move.
038 - A very solid tackle by Matt P.
039 - A good scrum by Park has OH in trouble in the front row
040 - JD opts to exercise his kicking game as Matt gets ready for the chase
041 - Tom gets ready to collect ruck ball laid back by Matt C
042 - Charlie struggles to break through the OH defence.
043 - Tom looks outnumbered and a little worried as the OH forwards bear down on him.

045 - He lays the ball back as Micky gets ready to collect and take the pressure.
046 - Matt P attempts one of his mazy runs without sucess.
047 - Micky and Cooky dislodge the ball from an OH attacker.
048 - Matt P with ball in hand
049 - Micky stares down his opposite number as Charlie gets ready to lend a hand.
050 - Ross runs into troubkle.
051 - Steve and Tom plug the gap.
052 - Tyler is injuredGeo Andrew "Fozzy" Grounds (16) takes his place.
053 - Vytaras and Charlie let the OH attacker know he has been in a tough game.
054 - An impressive looking scrum.
055 - Steve picks up and launches an attack with Tom following up.
056 - the drive continues
057 - The wing forward is disposed of. Now to test the OH backs
058 - nice hurdling technique!
059 - but there are just too many of them but it earns a penalty.
060 - which Matt lines up on the posts
061 - and slots through the middle for the first points of the match with only two minutes of the half left. Great kick. Score 0 - 3.
062 - Half time
063 - Matt the Catch at it again.
064 - A determined Vytaras with ball in hand.
065 - Joe Howard (18) joins the fray as Sam Coomber takes a break.
066 - Nice flying trick Joe.
066A - Where did you learn that? Hogwarts.
067 - OH's heavy brigade is no match for Park's boys.
068 - Micky and Andrew try to control a tricky bouncing ball
069 - We told you. No way through.
070 - Matt is scythed down by OH's outside half.
071 - Its the stare Micky. That should worry the opposition.

075 - who drives on with Mark and Micky in support

077 - Pete O'Brien (17) substitutes for Matt Catchpole.
078 - Cooky rises high to claim line out ball.
079 - Jake looks to kick for position in the left corner. A well tried Park tactic in the second half.
080 - OH's outside half passes the ball out as both teams of forwards look on. Matt Catcohpole has rejoined the fray and Pete returned to watching duties.
081 - Joe. A vision of concentration.
082 - Andrew attempts a charge down
083 - Null points for artistic impression.
083A - Maximum for determination.
084 - Mark's turn for line out ball
085 - John kicks for position again.
086 - Matt and Jake chase a bouncing ball.
087 - Matt and Ross tie up the OH defender.
088 - Tom sets up Matthew for a charge.
089 - The OH winger slows him by grabbing his shorts.
090 - and brings Matthew to the ground whilst debagging him.
091 - Clearly old public school traditions live on.
092 - Mioky sorts it out with a smash and grab.
093 - Steve is off again.
094 - Charge or pass?
095 - Pass to JD this time
096 - JD gets ready to move it wide.
097 - Jake is in the line.
098 - another penalty attempt by Matt slides wide of the posts.
099 - More line out ball heads Matt's way.
100 - Andrew sets up the ball for Tom
101 - who switchws the direction of play
102 - but is dragged to ground.
103 - Joe weighs up his options, of which there appear to be few.
104 - Charlie looks for support
105 - and passes to Mathew
106 - and a great hole opens up in the OH defence.
107 - The charge for the line is on. You can almost feel the ground shake

110 - Boom, as the posts are insight
111 - Boom

113 - the line is reached
114 - the dive
115 - ready for landing
116 - KABOOM. Touch down
117 - TRY. Well done Matthew. Score 0 - 8
118 - Matt sends the conversion between the posts. Score 0 -10
119 - Tom moves the ball wide from a scrum. A great game by him working in combination with Steve.
120 - Steve and Tom in partnership again.
121 -
122 - a high kick by JD for position
123 - will it have snow on it?
124 - Tom shifts the ball to JD one more time whilst the OH player practices his press ups.
125 - another kick for position by JD. He has no intention of letting OH back in the game.
126 - a little more defending to do.
127 - One last OH attack
128 - is snuffed out. That is the end of the match and a great win for Park and 4 points in the bag.
