R&GP 1st XV v Brentwood - 15th Nov '14

001 - Brentwood's heavyweight pack of steers sets up a maul close to the Park line
002 - Storm Pearton (10) and Rueben Ludick (12) bring down a Brentwood attacker
003 - Brentwood's fly-half moves the ball along the line as (from r - l) Charlie Wilkinson (6), Baranbus Savill (9), Nicholas Reid (15) and Mitchell Smith (13) drift across in defence
004 - The Brentwood attack continues though their outside centre as Nick and Mitchell look to close him down
005 - Brentwood's full back is brought into the line as Ross Inwood (11) looks to herd him out wide
006 - The ball is released to Brentwood's left wing. This looks dangerous, lets hope Ross can coral him and save the day.
007 - Ross makes his tackle as the winger dives for the line
008 - Ross forces him towards touch
009 - Surely that is a foot in touch, come on linesman
010 - Surprisingly the ref awards a try which was unconverted. Score 0 - 5
011 - Donna tends to Storm , Park's sharp shooter, who picked up a serious injury in that first tackle and has to leave the pitch. This does not look good.
012 - Dwayne Lynn (7) gets to grips with Brentwood's No. 5 as Darren Cooper (4) looks to help
013 - Hooker Glen Kennedy(2) looks to intercept whilst making a lot of noise.
014 - Nick runs into a Brentwood possee
015 - Nick homes in on Brentwood's troublesome winger
016 - and although he tries a tricky move he is brought to ground with Ross's assistance as Tyler Lawrence (3) and Storm's replacement Teddy Duke (18) look to help
018 - An ancient Welsh rugby wizard looks on quizically. What is all this new fangled tackling, not in my book of spells!
019 - Brentwood set up a ruck as the Park ancients look on, including Welsh mafia boss lofty Thomas.
020 - Charlie looks to round up Brentwoods charging buffalo of a second row.
021 - The tackle is made
022 - and the buffalo is felled

024 - Captain Stephen Barfoot (8) adds soccer to his list of skills
025 - Matthew Catchpole (5) demonstrates a perfect flying tackle
026 - Dwayn flies high to take clean ball
027 - Brentwood's scrum half breaks from the back of a scrum cluse to the B's line and is lasoed by Barney as stephen closes in.
028 - Barney and Stephen wrastle the ball clear and Stepen heads for the line
029 - Trapped by the scrum half around his ankles Stepehn looks to release George Robertson (14) as the defending winger closes in.
030 - Are you ready George?
031 - The ball is cleverly released under the winger's flailing arms
032 - It is ion its way to George.
033 - A bit of an awkward catch
034 - but made safe by George who focusses on the line
035 - Dives as the Brentwood N0. 8 arrives

037 - TRY. Scored by George despite the soccer style sliding tackle. Unfortunately unconverted. Score 5 - 5
038 - Teddy takes a drop out
039 - Charlie hares after the ball like a wild mustang whils Brentwood's Hooker tries to undress Tyler
040 - Charlie continues his pursuit as the undressing continues and Stephen sees the funny side.
041 - The Brentwood flyhalf collects the ball but Charlie is still charging
042 - and looks to arrest him in possession
043 - Brentwood's No. 5 gives Dwayne a cheeks hug
044 - and then tries to put him down. Darren steps in to stop the nonsence
046 - BArney looks to weave through the voluminous Brentwood forwards
047 - Now Teddy gives it a try
048 - George flies in to tacle Brentwood's N0. 8
049 - and whips away his trailing leg
050 - Tyler leaps high to stop a Brentwood up and under and is only 4 metres short!
051 - Some enjoy the game and others amuse themselves in other ways
052 - Fime tackle by Teddy as anthony Catchpole (1) looks to assist.
053 - Scrum time. Yes Dwayne you are being photographed.
054 - Charlie rises high like an eagle to take a clean ball.
055 - The ref dicusses Mitchell's future with captain Stephen
056 - Unfortunately it is a yellow card. No need to look so cheery Donna. The light is now getting v poor
057 - Dwayne flys at the attacking No. 8
058 - Charlie makes a vital tackle
059 - Brentood look to clear to touch whilst Glen looks to charge down
060 - Brentwood's troublesome winger looks dangerous
061 - Rueben and Ross, the two Rs, double team the tackle but the ball gets to the full back
062 - Donna tends a prosrate Matt the Catch
063 - Peter O'Brien (17 but wearing 19) drags down an attacker
064 - The ball spills loose
065 - Pete makes another fine tackle
066 - Nick and Barney look to stop the Brentwood No. 8
067 - Second half - In the fading light Ant looks to halt a Brentwood attack.
069 - Glen and Darren snuff out another Brentwood attack
070 - A penalty to Brentwood flies very wide of the posts
072 - Pistol Pete ensnares the buffon haired Brentwood right wing
076 - Brentwood's charging prop with Dwayne and Teddy dragging him back
077 - Makes good ground
078 - and charges over the line for a try.
085 - The Brentwood full back releases his right wing
086 - Who outpaces Reuben
087 - But has Nick to contend with
088 - Who dumps him on his back as Max Irwin (16) looks on
091 - That is it for photos the light is now far to bad and it looks as if Park are going down for another loss despite the sterling efforts of the team.
