Match review highlights

• Two great trys from Ryan Page – running lovely lines from great passes and breaking through a strong Enfield defence on both occasions and managing to touch down under the posts so Shaun Kerr could convert both.
• Another great try by Tayo Adewole at the end of the second half, Romford were really piling the pressure on Enfield and Tayo’s strength saw him burst through the Enfield defence to touch down in the corner.
• Shaun Kerr taking the ball from the back of the scrum and burrowing under defenders to score Romford’s fourth try in the corner and his subsequent conversion.
• Ben Walton’s man of the match performance – outstanding today as tighthead prop made some thunderous hits, carries and tackles – thoroughly deserved.
• The U15s who played up to support the U16s today making an outstanding contribution to the result – our thanks go to them.
• A huge effort from the whole team who kept their focus and were determined to get on the scoreboard and were not prepared to give up.
