U11's win Silverwear @ the Festival

The Under 11's entered two teams in the competition, The Sharks and The Rhinos and they were both in a group with Woodford and Wanstead

This meant that The Sharks faced The Rhinos in the Under 11's Plate Final

The more experienced Sharks quickly took control in the final and ran in an early try but then the Rhinos, who improved as the morning went on, produced an excellent move to drive over and score their first try of the day.

The Sharks restored their lead to go 10-5 ahead and despite the Rhinos never giving up, the Sharks went on to score another six tries to win the game 40-5 to take the Plate Final

It was great to see the entire squad playing four games each and the Rhinos really improved as the morning went on. The Sharks with their greater experience played well especially in their pool game against Wanstead where they were unlucky to lose 10-5. All in all a satisfying mornings rugby and two trophies to show for it. A special mention to Bancroft RFC who made up the numbers for the Rhinos
