Romford U11 vs Eton Manor U11 and Maldon U11

Game 1 : Romford 20 - Eton Manor 25

In the first match we gave some of our newer players the chance to stretch their legs.
Playing against a seasoned Eton Manor side we found the first half tough conceding 5 unanswered tries .After making a few changes at half time we managed to get on the score sheet with tries from Jack, Nev and 2 from Joe.

Game 2: Romford 20 - Maldon 10

In the second match we came up against a strong Maldon side, very physical at break down and some competent runners. I have to say this week our boys were on point winning some good possession from counter rucking and Jackling for the ball.

Game 3: Romford 20 - Maldon 20

Try Scorers: Dylan, Joe, Teddy, Osheen

Our third match against a combined Maldon side was a much more even affair. Making sure that all our boys got the game time they deserved, the match finished 4 tries each . Yet again some great tackling and breakdown work. Still lots to work on for this weekend match against Ongar
