Try's Galore !!!!!

Romford Players – Sam McCloud, Finlay McKeown, Warren Petrie, Albert Puddyford, Freddie French, Charles Stacey, William Huntingford, Joseph Mcdermott, Shayden Smith, Bobby Morley, Norton Tully, Jaydn Theron, Ben Okonkwo, Kyian Jeffrey, Cameron Tucker, Nathaneal Judd.

Romford travelled to Billericay this morning in what can only be described as an epic smashing of the opposition.

First Match: RGP 6 – Billericay 2
Try Scorers: Shayden Smith (2), Charles Stacey, Sam McCloud, Albert Puddyford, Ben Okonkwo

Billericay didn’t start off too bad and Romford were tested slightly on the wings with some nice attacking runs but three great try saving tackles from Finlay Mckeown stopping them in their tracks. Romford started to find their flow and went back to form, squeezing the opposition up putting to much pressure on Billericary’s line forcing mistakes making them give away to many penalties. Romford won this game comfortably but looked like they had just got in their stride.

Second Match: RGP 9 – Billericay 0
Try Scorers: Shayden Smith (2), Ben Okonkwo (2), Kyian Jeffrey (2), Charles Stacey, Jaydn Theron (2)

Romford were growing with confidence and their defense was fantastic in this game. The try’s just kept coming from the romford boys, Billericay’s tackling was poor and that gave Romford the green light to smash their way through a weak line. Romford looked very organized they passed the ball well, their supportive play was great as well, an all round great performance from the boys.

Third match: RGP 14 – Billericay 2
Try Scorers: Finlay McKeown, Nathaneal Judd, Warren Petrie (4), Shayden Smith, Jaydn Theron (2), Kyian Jeffery, Albert Puddyford (2), Ben Okonkwo, Charles Stacey.

This was probably one game too many for Billericay we were quite surprised they wanted to play it. Try’s Galore in this game, Romford managed 14 in total and it was demoralizing for the poor Billericay boys. Another strong well-rounded morning of rugby from the Romford boys who are looking very confident at the moment.
