3. Join the women's rugby team
Play women's rugby in Romford
The Ravens are the women's team here at Romford and Gidea Park RFC, and we are always looking for new players.
We welcome all women who want to give rugby a try; whether you already know your rucks from your mauls, or if you have only just found out a rugby ball isn't round.
We play regular rugby matches in the RFUW league, National Conference 1, as well as taking part in the National Cup competitions. In addition to this, we go on tour each year to celebrate the end of the season at a social tournament.
Training is every Thursday at 7pm and lasts about 2 hours.
