R&GP 1st XV v Woodford - 8th April 2017

#001 - A fine pre-match lunch with the alickadoos in full battle dress

#002 -others are more relaxed

#003 -Someone looks chuffed

#004 - Plenty of good banter and memories

#005 -Charlie goes over for an early park try

#006 - Mitchel (bad boy) smith slots the conversion

#007 - Spot the ball - but no points for anyone

#008 - Mounts on a run

#009 - Paul breaks through from the Park 22

#010 - but is cut off

#011 - Bami looks for a break

#012 - the first tackle is broken

#013 - Bami is eventually thwarted

#014 Charlie receives the offload

#015 - Paul continues to search for a gap

#026 - Paul bulldozes towards the Woodford line. Can he do it?

#027 - It looks like he will be brought up short

#028 - Perhaps not.

#029 - Paul demonstrates his enormous power and breaks free

#031 - Touch down, but n conversion

#032 - That gives Park back the lead.

#033 - Mounts continues to work hard in the loose. Nice off the ball tackle by Woodford. Should that have been a red card as that looks like an attempt to upend the Park player.

#034 - Paul it is a long way to go.

#035 - the offload to the fleet footed Barney

#036 - who knows exactly where he is going

#037 - but is eventually caught

#079 - a Woodford penalty makes the score 31 - 24. This is not over yet.

#084 - a fine take in the line-out by Ben but a late try 15 mins of extra time gives Woodford the win 31 - 34!!!!

#085 - a royal visit to the club from the Loon from Troon. a couple of old team mates share memories.
